Last updated 12 July 2026 · Monomedialab, Spain
These terms are a contract between Monomedialab, a company established in Spain ("vizt", "we", "us"), and the architecture studio, freelance architect or design office that registers an account ("studio", "you"). By creating an account, or by continuing to use vizt after these terms are updated, you accept them on behalf of your studio.
vizt lets a studio upload 3D models of a project, place them on their real-world plot, and share an interactive browser walkthrough with clients — including a mode where a client standing on the physical site sees the model overlaid through their phone. Plans limit the number of projects, model versions and storage; current limits are shown on the Billing page. Features may be added, changed or retired as the product evolves.
vizt is under active development. During the beta the service is provided as-is, without uptime or availability guarantees, and pricing shown may change before general availability with reasonable notice to existing studios.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account, including that of team members you invite. Tell us immediately at hello@monomedialab.com if you suspect unauthorised access. One studio account may only be used by the studio that registered it and the team members it explicitly invites.
New studios get a 14-day trial with no card required. Paid plans are billed as described on the Billing page at the time of purchase. Card payments are not yet processed automatically during the beta — selecting a plan records your choice, and we'll contact you before any charge is introduced. Once billing is live, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law; you can downgrade or cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Everything you upload — 3D models, images, project names, site data — stays yours. You keep full ownership and all intellectual property rights. By uploading, you grant Monomedialab a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, convert, compress and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the people you share it with. We never sell, license or use your content to train third-party models, and we don't share it with anyone except at your direction (e.g. via a client link you create).
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to upload the content you provide, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Client links, passwords, expiry dates and notes are tools we provide — the relationship with your clients, and any consent or disclosure you owe them (for example about the notes feature or on-site GPS mode), is your responsibility as the party who invites them to view a link. Clients are never asked to create a vizt account; if a client provides their name on a note, that's information they chose to share with you through our interface, not information we collect independently.
Don't upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content; don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or access data belonging to other studios; don't use the service to send unsolicited communications. We may suspend or remove content that breaches this section.
The vizt software, viewer, branding and website are the property of Monomedialab. These terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monomedialab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this permanently and immediately removes your studio, projects, models, links and client notes; there is no recovery after deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on your account before they take effect; continuing to use vizt afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute not resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence where applicable.
